Project Highlight 2026 – Caterpillar 140M3 Grader Packed for Export
Export Preparation of Caterpillar 140M3 Motor Grader
This project covered the sale, strip‑down, and containerisation of a Caterpillar 140M3 motor grader for export.
After conducting operational and condition checks, the machine was prepared for loading into a standard 40‑ft container. The blade, cab, all wheels, and other removable external components were taken off to reduce overall width and height. Major structures including the circle group, articulation joint, ripper assembly and mainframe were left intact to simplify reassembly at the destination. Hydraulic and electrical points were safely isolated and tagged, and all removed items were cleaned, wrapped, and secured to prevent movement during transit.
The grader and its components were then positioned, braced, and tied down in accordance with container weight distribution and marine transport requirements, with detailed packing documentation provided to support reassembly on arrival.
Project Highlight 2026 – Guinea Project – Kambia Bauxite Mine
At the Kambia Bauxite Mine in Guinea, Australian International Equipment Group recently delivered a Vermeer T1255 surface miner and is currently assembling a comprehensive equipment package scheduled for delivery in the coming months. These targeted initiatives are enhancing production capacity, optimizing logistics infrastructure, and strengthening the global supply chain, all contributing to smoother operations and expanded international reach.
Project Highlight 2025 – Caterpillar D11 Next Gen Dozer
Delivery of a Caterpillar D11 Dozer
Managing the procurement and delivery of a low‑hour Caterpillar D11 involves a structured process due to the machine’s scale and regulatory requirements. After working with our client to understand their needs, we then facilitated an inspection of the machine to confirm wear rate, undercarriage life, frame condition, and ECM data.
Following approval, export preparation involved partial dismantling of major components—such as blade groups, push arms, and ROPS sections—to meet international transport dimensions and ensure safe loading. The machine underwent thorough pre‑cleaning to satisfy Australian biosecurity standards before shipment.
On arrival in Australia, we managed the quarantine inspection process, verified component condition post‑transport, and ensured all items were accounted for and ready for reassembly. Once cleared, the machine was handed over to the client at the port for their transport and assembly arrangements.

Australian International Equipment Group is proud to have successfully delivered two Caterpillar 336 excavators fitted with specialized grabs, along with a Caterpillar 950 wheel loader equipped with a quick hitch and log grab, to a leading Tier‑1 gold mining company in Brazil.
To further support ongoing operations at the mine site, we also supplied 12 months of service kits for all units at no additional cost, ensuring reliability, reduced downtime, and long‑term value for our customer.
Just another example of how Australian International Equipment Group goes beyond supply—delivering complete, value‑driven solutions for international mining operations.
Project Highlight 2020 – Equipment Package Delivered to Liberia
In 2019, GVL engaged Australian International Equipment Group to assess equipment options for their operations in Liberia. Although GVL initially considered low-cost Chinese trucks, we studied their conditions and recommended Kamaz 6x6 trucks—proven winners of the Paris-Dakar rally for 20 years—along with a new Caterpillar 140K grader. We delivered 13 Kamaz trucks, the grader, and a spare-parts package covering everything from engines to tyres. This also included onsite commissioning. GVL appreciated the fast delivery, cost-effectiveness, and reliability, and today they run a fleet of about 40 trucks based on that initial guidance.
